The WiREMS-Smart reduces costs & carbon by turning AC off in empty rooms. It networks with other Smart controls in the building creating a wireless Building Energy Management System. The Smart Cloud app allows to remotely change settings, monitor energy usage & carbon output in real time, switch air conditioners on & off, view the climate status of individual rooms, monitor room occupancy as well as receive numerous configurable alerts to ensure the efficient running of HVAC throughout the estate.

Research & development costs money. A lot of money. Many companies depend on grants to exhilarate the introduction of new products and ideas. Thankfully, there is help at hand to speed up the process in form of two brilliant organisations - Low Carbon Dorset and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which honours all pledges made before the 31 December 2020.
Low Carbon Dorset provides free technical advice and financial support to local business, community and public sector organisations to deliver carbon reduction projects in Dorset where Climateq is based. Aside from aforementioned, Low Carbon Dorset also offers free energy audits for Dorset-based companies, free workshops and Low Carbon Grants for organisations looking for help with their low carbon projects. Grants have been available to help organisations deliver renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. Typically, these grants have covered up to 40% of project costs depending on the type of project and organisation applying.
NB Low Carbon Dorset support will be available until the end of December 2022.
The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) aims to strengthen economic, social and territorial cohesion in the European Union by correcting imbalances between its regions.
