TM44 Inspection & Certification

If your air conditioning systems exceed a combined output of 12kW, you are required by law to have 5-yearly TM44 inspections.

A standard TM44 inspection will look at a cross section of systems, review the efficiency and sizing, offer replacement advice if needed, look at air flow rates, temperature setpoints, faults and controls. Failure to produce an inspection certificate will result in a fine.
